We are a home-based studio offering local pickup only. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll share the exact pickup location and arrange a time that works for you. For weddings and large events, ask us about coordinating a hand-off — we’re always happy to help make the day run smoothly.

For custom cakes and gift boxes, we recommend reaching out 1–2 weeks in advance. Weddings and large events are best booked 4–8 weeks ahead, as we take a limited number each weekend to ensure every order gets our full attention. Have a last-minute request? Text us anyway — we’ll always do our best to make it work.

Absolutely — bespoke is what we love most. Nearly everything we make can be tailored to your occasion: the flavour combinations, the colour palette, the florals, and the finishing details like gold leaf or fresh blooms. Share your vision when you reach out and we’ll help shape it into something beautiful.

Please tell us about any allergies or dietary needs when you order and we’ll talk through the options together. Do note that our kitchen handles wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy, so we’re unable to guarantee an allergen-free environment. Your safety matters to us, so we’d rather have an honest conversation up front.

For custom cakes, weddings, and larger orders, a deposit reserves your date and confirms your order, with the balance due at pickup. We’ll walk you through everything when we confirm the details — there are never any surprises.
